REFUND POLICY

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions.

1. Eligibility for Refund


Refunds are applicable only if:


• The product received is damaged or defective
• The wrong item was delivered
• The product cannot be replaced due to stock unavailability

2. Refund Request Period


Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

3. Refund Process


Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable

Conditions


Products that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

5. Shipping Charges


Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
